1st. Floor Lounge
Leading onto a balcony with seating area and sea views. Furnishing includes a flat, wide screen TV with digital channels; a DVD player and CD/radio; and a children’s play table. A selection of games are available for your use.
Ground Floor Garden Room
Furnishings include two 2 x seater sofas; and a flat screen TV. Spare scart socket on TV for playstation or similar.
2nd. Floor Bedroom (En-suite)
Furnishings include a king-size bed with king-size duvet, 4 x pillows and bed linen; bedside cabinets; large fitted wardrobes; dressing table area and a TV/Video with digital channels.
En-suite Shower Room
With shower, wash hand basin, low level WC; mirror and shaving point; extractor fan and bath mat. Hairdryer available.
Ground Floor Bedroom
Furnished with 2 x single beds with single duvets, pillows and bed linen; wardrobe, bedside cabinets and dressing table area.
Main Bathroom (Ground Floor)
With independent Triton shower over the bath; low level WC; wash hand basin; mirror; shaving point; extractor fan and wall mounted electric heater.

Heating
The house is naturally warm and electrically heated by Economy 7 and wall mounted convector heaters. There is no separate charge for electricity, hot water or heating so you are free to use what you need when you need it.
Linen
Bed-linen (but not cot linen) is also included in the cost of your holiday and is changed weekly. You are required to bring your own towels/tea-towels.
For your convenience...
We supply you with the basic consumables i.e. toilet roll, washing up liquid; dishwasher tablets; cleaning materials; and salt & pepper. A complementary tray of tea/coffee/sugar together with a pint of milk is also available on your arrival.
